How it works

Find landlords near you
Hostels, bedsitters, apartments, shops and offices around your neighbourhood. Most have never listed online.

Help them list properly
Sign them up with your link, pin the property on the map, take clear photos inside and out, and fill in the details.

Get paid monthly
Every landlord, property and quality listing you bring in earns a set amount, paid to your M-Pesa once a month.

Landlords enter your scout code when they start listing (your sign-up link fills it in), within 14 days of their first listing. Listing is free for them.

What counts as a quality listing

We only pay for listings renters can trust. Your portal shows every listing you brought in and exactly what each one is still missing, so nothing is a guess.

The property is pinned on the map, not just an address.
At least 10 clear photos, counting the unit's and its property's.
At least 2 photos tagged Outside: the building, the entrance, the street.
At least 5 photos tagged Inside: the rooms.
A real description of 150+ characters and a price, with 60%+ of the details filled in.
The landlord is Verified (email confirmed), and the listing scores 70+ for quality.

Tell us who you are and the area you would cover. We review every application and reply by email. Once approved you get your scout code, a sign-up link to share, and your own portal.
